Online Prescription Ordering

Important update: prescription ordering through our website

We would like to let patients know that prescription ordering through our website, healthcentrepharmacy.com is being replaced by GP practice ordering systems.

The pharmacy online ordering service will be switched off from Monday 1st June.

To help ensure repeat prescription requests are processed as smoothly and accurately as possible, patients will now be asked to order their prescriptions directly through their GP practice ordering system.

Ordering directly through your GP practice helps make sure your request reaches the correct team and is managed through the most appropriate route.

After you order your repeat prescription through your GP practice, the practice will review and authorise the request. Once authorised, your prescription will be sent to Health Centre Pharmacy for dispensing as normal.

The pharmacy can also send you a text message when your prescription is ready for collection, helping to reduce unnecessary waiting or repeat visits.

Patients will be able to order their repeat prescriptions using the options below.

09:30 – 11:30 and 14:00 – 15:30

We would encourage patients who currently order through our website to start using their GP practice’s ordering system before Monday 1st June.
