When we have dealt with the enquiry or feedback we will then remove the personal details e.g. name, email address, telephone no etc. As a fail safe we have also built in an automatic deletion system that will automatically remove your personal details after 12 months. Unless you have ticked the opt in box so that you can be keep up to date with news and promotions.

Bookings:
When you make a booking using the forms on this website we store this information so that we can deal with the booking and also deal with any queries after the booking. We store the information for up to 12 months after the date of the booking. As a fail safe we have also built in an automatic deletion system that will automatically remove your personal details after 12 months.

Collecting of Personal Information through Our Repeat Prescription Service:
When you register with our Repeat Prescription Service we collect your personal contact details so that we know where to make deliveries or contact you should we have a query with your order. We will also collect information on your doctor's name and the surgery they are registered with so that we can process your prescription. The information is stored on our web servers. We need to retain this information so that you can effectively process your repeat orders when you need them. In order to process the order we need to share information with the local surgery you are registered with. We do not share your information with any other parties.

Registration:
You can register with our website in which we will store your personal details so that you do not have re-enter these with every order.

Email Marketing:
We use your e-mail address to send you our email newsletter which contains offers and updates from our store and our services. If you do not wish to receive these e-mails then you can remove your email from the from the list by unsubscribing via our home page: www.healthcentrepharmacy.com.
