 Our number one priority during each phase of the Coronavirus pandemic is to support you with your medicines.

We have been working hard to adapt our existing services to the new world of self isolating and social distancing.  

 Safety

Along with a lot of other business we have had to adapt our pharmacy with barriers. This is for everyone's safety including our staff. We look forward to the day they are removed.  

Nominate your Pharmacy

Your GP will now be asking you to nominate a local pharmacy to help with your medicines. To avail of our services please make sure you nominate the Healthcentre Pharmacy with your GP practice. 

Queue reduction

We hate queues too! 

To reduce ours we have introduced a queue management system for busy periods which allows us to know that you are there and we can work to make sure your medicines are ready for when you reach the front of the queue. 

New website

We have updated our website to be mobile friendly and simplified our online prescription ordering system. You can easily register and order your prescriptions online and select collection or delivery.

FREE delivery service

Our delivery service is FREE during the lockdown/shielding period. We have massively increased our capacity to deliver your medicines if required including the use of our brilliant volunteer drivers. We have invested in a courier system which allows us to keep you up to date with the status of your delivery including an estimated time of delivery. To avail of this you need to register to order your medicines through our online prescription service.

Text Messaging service

We have introduced a text messaging service to let you know your medicines are ready for collection. Just let us know your mobile number.
