What’s Included in the Service
Prescription Ordering – We’ll take care of ordering all your repeat prescriptions directly from your GP or healthcare provider, saving you time and hassle.
Pill Pac Plus System – Your medications will be carefully prepared and supplied in an organised weekly Pill Pac Plus system, making it easy to take the right dose at the right time.
Medicines Syncronisation - we will liaise with your GP to ensure all your medinces are kept in line.
Weekly Delivery – We’ll deliver your medications to your home every week, so you never have to worry about running out or missing a dose.
Ongoing Medication Management – We’ll work with your GP to keep your medications synchronised, ensuring they are aligned and provided in a consistent and timely manner.
Acute Medications – If you need urgent medications (such as antibiotics), we’ll arrange delivery at your request for added peace of mind.

Cost and Payment
The Private Medicines Management Service is available for £60 per month (payable every 28 days by direct debit). This covers the full service, including ordering, preparation, delivery, and ongoing management.
If you need to adjust or cancel the service, just let us know with 30 days' notice.
Additional Benefits
Flexible Management – We will action any medication changes in line with your GP's instructions, with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
Hospital Stays – If you are admitted to hospital for more than 28 days, we’ll waive the full monthly service fee. An administration fee of £15 per month will apply to cover ongoing management during this period.
Easy Communication – We will keep you informed of any updates or changes and remain available to answer any questions you may have.
