Looking to manage your weight in a safe and supportive way? 

Our Weight Management Service is here to help.

At your initial consultation, one of our trained pharmacists will take time to understand your overall health and weight concerns. 

We'll go through your medical history and discuss realistic, personalised goals to support you on your journey to a healthier weight.

As part of your plan, you may be offered weight loss medication, if it's suitable for you. 

You could be eligible for our weight loss treatments if:

• you are aged over 18 and;
• you have a BMI over 30 or;
• you have a BMI over 27 and have been diagnosed with a condition that is made worse by weight gain, such as a heart condition

We’ll explain all your options clearly so you can make informed decisions.

You’ll be invited to attend monthly follow-up appointments to check on your progress, adjust your plan if needed, and make sure the treatment continues to work well for you.

Medications may be offered where appropriate.

You’ll also have access to a summary of each consultation, including any treatments given, through your own personalised online account.

Please note: This is a private service with a £30 consultation fee.
If medication is prescribed and dispensed, the consultation fee will be waived. Currently, the NHS does not fund weight management medication in NI, so any medication provided will be charged separately. Prices for injections start at £179.00
