Foundation Pharmacist Placement 2027/28 – Applications Open

Are you looking for a supportive, varied community-pharmacy placement where you can build confidence and prepare for registration?

The Health Centre Pharmacy in Carrickfergus is offering a six-month Foundation Pharmacist placement for 2027/28. You will learn alongside an experienced team of more than five pharmacists in a busy, modern independent pharmacy.

Closer to Belfast than you might think: we are approximately 20 minutes by car from Belfast and only a five-minute walk from Carrickfergus train station on the main Belfast–Larne line.

The placement includes protected study time, broad clinical and dispensary experience, exposure to commissioned services and modern pharmacy automation. Our trainees have achieved a 100% registration-assessment pass rate over the past 20 years.
