Since 1 June 2026, patients can no longer order repeat prescriptions through the Health Centre Pharmacy website.

The website ordering platform has come to an end, so repeat prescription requests should now be submitted directly to your GP practice.

What Happens Next?

After you submit your request, your GP practice will review and authorise it. Once authorised, your prescription will be sent to Health Centre Pharmacy for dispensing as normal.

If you are registered for text notifications, we will contact you when your prescription is ready for collection.

If you require delivery, call us on 028 9336 5111 after ordering through your GP practice. Please allow four to five days for delivery.

You do not need to contact the pharmacy to confirm that your GP practice has sent your prescription. Please wait for your collection text, or contact us if your medicine is urgent or you have a specific concern.
